Every year, 10,000 visas are available under the fifth preference to alien entrepreneurs whose new commercial enterprises will directly create 10 or more new jobs in the US. There are 3,000 visas allotted to investors in targeted employment areas and 3,000 for the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. No labor certification is required.
