Provisional Waiver for Crewman

She came to the US on a crewman’s visa but she failed to join the ship. She eventually married a US citizen but she was not eligible to adjust her status under the law. We obtained a provisional waiver for her and she went abroad for the interview and came back in a few weeks with an immigrant visa.
